The intermediate level course of the Project Management workshop is offer to those who have already learned the fundamentals of project management. Interested participants must have taken the Project Management Fundamentals workshop or have prior project management experience. Participants will learn and explore the best practices using the framework from the Project Management Institute and organizational Project Life Cycle methodology. This course awards 7 Professional Development Units upon completion.
